Sabina Mayer Law Offices and Notary (the “Firm”) is committed to providing its services and information in an accessible manner and to promoting equal access for persons with disabilities.

The Firm makes ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility of its website and digital services in accordance with the principles of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013, and the applicable provisions of Israeli Standard 5568 concerning accessibility of internet content.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We periodically review the website and make adjustments intended to improve its usability for persons using assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, enlarged text and other accessibility features.

Accessibility Adjustments on the Website

The website includes, among other things, the following accessibility features and adjustments:

• Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where supported by the website and its underlying platform;

• Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation;

• Text enlargement and reduction controls;

• High-contrast and increased-contrast display options;

• Grayscale display;

• Increased text, word and line spacing;

• An alternative readable font;

• Highlighting of links;

• Reduction of animations and motion;

• Responsive display for different screen sizes;

• Semantic headings and structured content on various pages;

• Alternative text for certain meaningful images; and

• A dedicated accessibility menu available throughout the website.

Accessibility Menu

A dedicated accessibility menu can be opened by selecting the Accessibility button displayed on the website.

The accessibility menu is available in English and Hebrew, including right-to-left display when Hebrew is selected.

The menu provides controls for:

Text size – increase, decrease or reset text size;
High contrast – switch the website to a high-contrast display;
Increase contrast – strengthen visual contrast in supported elements;
Grayscale – display supported visual content in grayscale;
Text spacing – increase spacing between letters, words and lines;
Readable font – replace supported text with a simplified, readable font;
Highlight links – visually emphasize hyperlinks;
Focus outlines – strengthen the visual indication of keyboard focus;
Reduce motion – minimize animations and transitions; and
Large cursor – provide an enhanced cursor display on supported devices and browsers.

The user’s selected accessibility preferences may be stored locally in the user’s browser so that they can be retained during later visits. The user may return these settings to their default values at any time by selecting “Reset accessibility settings.”

The accessibility menu supplements the accessibility of the website itself. It does not replace the need for accessible website structure and content.

Keyboard Navigation

Users may navigate supported areas of the website by keyboard. In general, the Tab key moves forward between interactive elements, Shift + Tab moves backward, Enter or Space activates supported controls, and Escape closes the accessibility menu.

The precise behavior of particular controls may depend on the browser, operating system, device and assistive technology being used.

Known Accessibility Limitations

Despite our efforts to improve accessibility, certain parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.

The website is built and operated using the Squarespace platform, and certain components or technical behavior may depend on functionality provided by Squarespace or other third parties.

We are also continuing to review, among other things, the semantic structure of certain pages, heading hierarchy, alternative text for images and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Where an accessibility issue is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it or, where appropriate, provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative.

Third-Party Content and Links

The website may contain links, embedded content, documents or functionality provided by third parties. Accessibility of such external content may be outside the Firm’s direct control.

Where reasonably possible, we endeavor to select and use third-party services in a manner that supports accessibility.

Documents and Information in Alternative Formats

If a document, image or other item of information published on the website is not accessible to you, you may contact us to request an accessible version or another reasonable means of receiving the information.

Physical Accessibility Arrangements

The building and the route to the Firm’s offices are wheelchair accessible.

Accessibility arrangements include:

• Designated disabled parking spaces on each floor of the building’s parking facility;

• Wheelchair-accessible elevators from the parking levels;

• A level, step-free entrance to the building suitable for wheelchair access;

• Elevators providing wheelchair-accessible access to the Firm’s floor; and

• An accessible route from the building entrance and parking facilities to the Firm’s offices.

Persons who require information concerning a particular accessibility arrangement or who wish to coordinate an accessibility accommodation before visiting the Firm are encouraged to contact us in advance.

Reporting an Accessibility Problem

We welcome comments and reports concerning accessibility.

If you encounter difficulty accessing any part of the website, require an accessibility adjustment, or need information in an alternative accessible format, please contact us.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it may assist us if you include the webpage concerned, a description of the difficulty, the browser and operating system being used, and the assistive technology being used, if applicable.
